HIGHLAND PARK YOGA
Work the connective tissues of our ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks in this meditative practice focused on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation.
Props are used to support the body as postures are held for an extended time allowing for deep stretches that are soft, rather than muscle driven.
Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a regular practice of active asana.

Wind down for the evening with a relaxed Hatha-style practice exploring the subtleties of the postures, connecting with the breath and finding release in the body. This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
About Me
With a life-long passion for music and years of a dedicated yoga practice, I discovered the power of combining yoga and music during my first Kirtan chant – where I reached my deepest meditation. As a certified Mukti Yoga teacher, and with a past in music business, sound and movement constantly inspire me. Yogis believe that something sacred vibrates within us, and that vibrations are the source of life and the Universe. I feel the most powerful way to quiet the mind and experience this vibration is through the combination of asana and sound.
I intuitively guide my students with a practice focused on alignment, flow, and breath – mixed with elements of sound through live music, meditations, mantras, crystal bowls, and unique playlists. My classes provide a balanced, spiritual, and strength building experience with an emphasis on the union of body and mind, linked with breath, and rooted in Yoga philosophy.
I am also a holistic health coach, food photographer, and recipe developer with the dedication to inspire a positive and healthy way of being.
